My ideal yoga client is anyone who is ready to take charge of their health on all levels-Mind/Body/Spirit. Maybe you have a hard time keeping a routine of basic healthy habits and are sick of feeling yucky. Maybe you’re not getting what you want out of your group yoga or fitness classes. Maybe you want one on one instruction on YOUR specific body and health goals. Maybe you want to try yoga or meditation but don’t want to leave the comfort of your own house. Maybe you’ve heard about how effective Pilates and Yoga are and you want a combination of both PLUS SOME! I’ve discovered there’s no size fits all when it comes to movement, health and exercise. Everybody needs something a little different and we are constantly changing. That’s why I work with clients with the mindset of “What is going on NOW? What do you need today?” And because of my versatile background in movement and exercise, meditation/mindfulness, Yoga Life Coaching and now Ayurveda Wellness Coaching, I can serve you in the moment with whatever you need.

Yoga/Pilates Personal Training

Liz is available to travel to your home for a personalized session catered to your specific goals, level, and interests. This option is perfect for a beginner who isn’t ready to commit to a studio class setting, people with injuries or specific goals or anyone wanting more personalized attention to meet their goals.

Pricing for an in-home private (or small group) session with Liz

60 minute session 1 x week= $100 per hour*
60 minute session 2 x week= $90 per hour*

*Price does NOT include travel time out of Cville city limits
*$10 OFF per hour if client is able to meet at Posture Studio (218 W. Market St)

I had not stepped foot into a yoga studio in over ten years, when I somehow found myself in Liz’s Edge class four months ago. Initially I was intimidated to “come back” to yoga, but Liz had a way of making me feel like I’d never left it. Since then I’ve taken 3-4 classes/wk and am grumpy when another obligation gets in the way.
